This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking, and doesn’t collect any personal information. There are no forms; if you contact us, it’s by phone or email.

When you’re a customer

When we work on your vehicle we keep the details we need to do the job and run the business: your name and contact details, your vehicle’s details, the work carried out, quotes, invoices and payments.

We use these to carry out the work, keep you updated, send you quotes and invoices, and keep the records the law requires. HMRC requires business records to be kept for at least 5 years after the relevant tax return. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Your records are stored securely on our hosting provider’s servers in the UK or EU.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete anything we don’t need to keep by law. Email info@dkautomotive.co.uk or call 07825 812692.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
